In Round Rock, popular practices book routine cleanings weeks ahead, so call early or ask to be put on a cancellation list; emergency and walk-in clinics are the exception. Across Texas, a new-patient exam with X-rays and a cleaning typically runs from about $150 to $350 without insurance, and many offices publish new-patient specials on their websites. My daughter was terrified to get two fillings today, but they made the entire process so easy. The dental assistant put her at so much ease, and explained everything to that was going to happen. When Dr Bash came in, he was very comforting and reassured to her. Afterwards, they even made sure that next she comes she wonβt be scared. I highly recommend if you have squeamish kiddos

This place is an absolute labor of love. The atmosphere is perfectly balanced between professional and fun loving energy. It was a treat to bring the kiddos in and see how friendly and compassionate every member is here. Thank you for the wonderful experience. 11/10 Highly recommended.

Dr. Bash is great! He's got a calming demeanor, his pediatric dental assistants are awesome, and the front desk staff are very nice. We've already done a teeth extraction appointment and will be going back for a follow-up. Highly recommend!

Iβve been taking my kids here for a while now. We go every 6 months for routine cleanings. The Dr isnβt unfriendly but very impersonal. He comes off as constantly rushed and disinterested in answering too many questions. This last visit we were told that my 6 year old son had 8 cavities. I was so shocked to hear that because we eat very clean and stay away from sodas, juices and candies and brush and floss daily. The Drβs first and only suggestion was to put my son under anesthesia and do all 8 crowns at once. I was on the fence about this but trusted that they were making the best choice for him. The anesthesiologist was over a half hour late. My son went under and I was told to come to the room when he was waking up. I was warned that he could be a little irritable and groggy, which I expected since he went under anesthesia one previous time for an unrelated surgery. But what I walked into were all the classic signs of overuse of anesthesia. My son was in hysterics and unable to be comforted, he was scared and confused, body spasming, nose bleeding, crying and shaking and his speech was slurred. I was horrified but was just told continuously this was totally normal. I now see t

My oldest has been going to Little Explorers Pediatric Dentistry ππ§ since we moved to Texas 6 years ago, so it was an obvious choice to bring our youngest here too. I really appreciate the personalized care, and the time the staff takes to explain the importance of my children's dental care plans currently, things to watch for and best care going forward. Dr. Bash genuinely cares about the children's overall well-being and dental care. They aren't like other places that will rush to extract or cap a tooth π¦·, which I really respect them for. My kids come here every 6 months like clockwork π. LEPD is very clean, the staff is always pleasant and helpful, and my kids look forward to going to the dentist for many reasons, including the play area. π§Έ
